Business Assistant

Nexpanse is looking for an active, engaged, and ambitious Business Assistant to handle general business tasks, HR department tasks, and personal assignments from the management.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and structure information based on any request from the manager.

  • Conduct business correspondence with partners and contractors.

  • Gather and prepare documents for company registration in services, grant applications, etc.

  • Handle operational tasks: track activity statuses.

  • Conduct effective meetings: take minutes, and record tasks and deadlines.

  • Maintain internal documentation.

  • Participate in various company activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a business assistant.

  • Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.

  • Ability to solve tasks independently.

  • Responsible approach to task resolution.

  • Understanding of how the IT industry works.

  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

  • Ability to make concise conclusions from large amounts of information.

  • Confident use of services like Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets (or quick to learn).

  • Understanding of how LinkedIn, HH, and Telegram channels work for candidate search (or quick to learn).

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of AI industry trends (Generative AI, LLM, etc.).
