Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy across different channels

  • Identifying effective channels and calculating ROMI

  • Designing funnels and achieving lead and conversion targets

  • Preparing technical specifications for line specialists (targetologists, copywriters, designers, photographers)

  • Strategic advertising and budget planning

  • Interacting with internal and external contractors

  • Planning and coordinating the marketing team’s work

  • Market, trend, and competitor analysis

  • Organizing a continuous process of testing and improvements

  • Conducting competitive analysis to identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses in terms of service quality, promotion, price, and functionality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with tier-1 products

  • Strong analytical skills, confident knowledge of marketing tools

  • Experience with contextual advertising (context, SEO, email, targeting, SMM)

  • Understanding of PPC, Paid Social, and traffic attribution principles

  • Ability to build Influencer Marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing principles

  • Proficient in English
