Responsibilities:
Managing 4-6 vacancies simultaneously
Experience working in startups
Full-cycle recruitment: collaborating with hiring managers to clarify and gather job requirements, creating clear candidate profiles, sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates who meet the company’s requirements, organizing and conducting interviews, evaluating soft skills, and providing feedback to candidates
Engaging in both cold sourcing and warm candidate outreach
Finding and utilizing new channels for candidate attraction
Planning and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new employees
Supporting employees throughout the entire adaptation period, including assisting with arising issues, conducting onboarding meetings, and summarizing probationary period outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience with a focus on cold candidate sourcing
Experience working with LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean/X-ray search, and other candidate sourcing tools
Experience with Notion, Jira, Asana
Proficiency in Russian, knowledge of English (B1+ level)
Flexibility, quick adaptation, persuasion skills, proactivity
High level of organization and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
Responsibility and diligence in ensuring an effective recruitment and onboarding process
Responsiveness and the ability to successfully interact with various personality types
