Nexpanse creates B2C products based on generative AI technologies. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / CPO who can ensure effective growth of products in the US and Asia markets.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of proven experience in launching and managing mass B2C products (required)
• 3+ years of experience launching mobile B2C products (required)
• Experience managing a development team of 6+ people (required)
• 1+ years of launching AI products
• Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset; independently driven, constantly learning, always improving
• Proven track record of shipping consumer apps
• Proactive and can-do attitude, ability to multitask
• Strong passion in AI products creation
• Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g. Notion, Figma, GitHub, Amplitude)

• Own the delivery of product features from end-to-end

What to do

• Launch and own AI products in mobile entertainment industry (for example AI companions like CharacterAI, Poe, Replika etc)
• Own the strategy and lead the cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts
• Align teams and stakeholders on a shared vision tied to larger strategy
• Act as an advocate for experimentation and data driven decisions across the organization
• Educate product teams around when and how to use Feature flags, gradual rollouts and A/B testing
• Work with and own the relationship with the vendors of the tools we are integrated with (PostHog, Amplitude)
• Drive product development from discovery to concept to launch

• Facilitate user research to validate hypotheses and inform development

What do we have to do

• Develop LLM models (langchain, data collection, additional training, testing)
• Deploy AI models to production (fastapi/flask service in docker in a cloud)
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of new models from huggingface and github (text2text, text2img, img2video)
• Evaluate new solutions on the market in terms of cost and effect (Sora, Runway, Stable Diffusion)
• You will have to work with high-load infrastructure, improve the reliability, performance and extensibility of data pipelines, design and develop data models
• Supporting innovation and technical excellence in the team, creating a culture of continuous learning
• Look at the big picture of the product, understand user needs
• Recruit, mentor and develop the team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data science and/or machine learning, with experience implementing effective solutions
• 2+ years of NLP experience (assistants, chatbots)
• 1+ experience using LLM API (ChatGPT, Gradio, Claude)
• Experience in training open-source models (Mistral/Vicuna/Llama)
• Experience in developing data processing processes
• Knowledge of high load optimization methods
• Bachelor’s or Master of Science in data science, computer science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
