Role:

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for growing the user base through performance channels, working with unit economics, and integrating AI into marketing. You will have the freedom to experiment, autonomy in decision-making, and direct influence on product development.If you can scale paid traffic from scratch, understand retention and LTV mechanics, and are ready to experiment with AI in your daily work, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Launching User Acquisition Strategies:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract users through paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), focusing on optimizing CAC and ROI.
• Continuously explore new channels and ad formats to improve results.

Integrating AI into Marketing Processes:
• Automate targeting and creative generation using AI tools.
• Forecast LTV and run A/B testing with AI algorithms to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Analytics and Audience Segmentation:
• Perform in-depth data analysis, identify user behavior patterns, and segment the audience.
• Work with Lookalike audiences trained on AI data to improve targeting accuracy.

Collaboration with the Product Team:
• Provide insights into unit economics and user behavior at the MVP stage to improve the product.
• Work with the product team for continuous optimization and enhancement of the user experience.

Experimentation and Innovation:
• Conduct experiments to test new channels, ad formats, and funnels.
• Implement innovative approaches in user acquisition to increase engagement and conversions.

Budget Management and Reporting:
• Monitor key metrics (CAC, ROAS, Retention).
• Prepare recommendations to scale successful campaigns and maintain optimal metrics.

Requirements:

Performance Marketing Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in a Senior UA Manager or similar role.
• Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, MMPs).

Practical Application of AI:
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for communication scenario creation.
• Experience generating and optimizing creatives through AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika).
• Automating reporting using Google Sheets + AI, Tableau, Power BI.

Analytics and Data Work:
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to turn it into business decisions.
• Experience with MVP or early-stage products, optimizing metrics to meet business goals.

Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of SQL/Python for custom analytics.
• Experience with no-code tools for automating workflows and reporting.

Nice to Have:
• Degree in marketing, PR, or technical disciplines.
• Experience in marketing and growth, including creating pet projects.
